Dr. Sara Kenning has been in the education field for over 25 years, supporting adolescent and young adult education, development and career readiness. She has worked in both high school and college environments as a teacher, professor, advisor and student support specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from University of California, Santa Barbara, a Master’s degree in Education from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also has single subject teaching credentials in English and social studies. Dr. Kenning recently completed a certificate in Educational Therapy from the University of California, Riverside, to better help students who struggle academically due to learning differences, like ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia.
